Carolina Pine Rental Request
Our rental collection is small, personal, and full of collected-over-time character. It is especially lovely for photo shoots, intimate weddings, showers, markets, storefront styling, and meaningful gatherings in the Appalachian region.
How it works
- Send your request. Tell Kathy your date, location, vision, and what you need.
- Receive a custom quote. She will confirm availability, rental rate, security deposit, pickup or delivery, and any setup needs.
- Review and sign. A piece is not reserved until the quote, rental agreement, and payment requirements are complete.
- Enjoy your beautiful things. Then return them clean, complete, and on time.
Starting rates
- Small props and tabletop details: from $15 per weekend
- Mirrors, stools, crates, and statement accents: from $75 per weekend
- Styled photo moment or small collection: from $175
- Wedding, editorial, delivery, setup, and multi-piece rentals: custom quote
Rental guidelines
- Availability is not guaranteed until Kathy confirms it in writing.
- A separate refundable security deposit is quoted based on the item or collection’s replacement value.
- Renter is responsible for loss, theft, damage, stains, breakage, smoke exposure, wax, paint, alterations, and late return.
- Do not clean, repair, paint, refinish, or alter a piece without written permission.
- Pickup, delivery, setup, and return details are agreed in advance. Delivery is limited by distance and availability.
- Final cancellation, damage, and late-return terms will appear on your approved quote and rental agreement before you pay.
These guidelines are a clear starting point; each confirmed rental receives its own item list, dates, charges, and signed agreement. You will have a chance to review everything before reserving.
