General Finishes Seal-A-Cell Clear is a penetrating oil-based sealer that highlights the natural figure and depth of interior wood.
It can be used as a base coat beneath compatible oil-based topcoats, as a wood conditioner to help control stain penetration, or as part of a custom oil-based finishing schedule. Follow the current General Finishes label and product directions for preparation, application, dry time and topcoating.
