**Please review items availability before placing order.** Not every item has the same shipping window, as we utilize a warehouse separate from the store itself. "Business days" do not include weekends or federal holidays. It is not guaranteed that your item will ship the same day the shipping label is created as sometimes we work on weekends/late nights to catch up, print tags ahead of truck deliveries so we're prepared the moment it pulls up, and rely on carriers to come to our location for our daily scheduled pick ups. There's a lot of moving parts, however we assure you we print, pull, pack and send out every order as quickly as possible.

**If you are ordering a discounted/on sale item there is a high possibility the can is dented or dinged, however the contents are perfectly fine. A dent or a ding on the packaging does not affect the integrity of the usable product itself. If you do not want a cosmetically imperfect can, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to provide adjusted pricing and we will grab from the inventory accordingly.

Furniture, Paint and Custom Orders are FINAL SALE once your item(s) have shipped. Please purchase with confidence - DOUBLE CHECK the color, size, etc. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED THE BALANCE OF YOUR SALES ORDER AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation (remember to check spam) within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 919-432-7230. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed or canceled, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer. Orders should not be considered changed or canceled, unless you receive from Carolina Pine Country Store LLC, a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, we kind ask that you reply to the change so that we know you received verification of the changes.

**WE RECYCLE** Yes, Going Green is VERY important to us. Therefore we reuse shipping boxes and packing material when available, and we have partnered with our local newspaper company to repurpose old newspaper and a local manufacturer to reuse their bubble wrap and foam. We do not invest in new plastic wrap or packing peanuts. It may come looking a little silly with all the random packing, but you can hopefully find joy knowing we're trying our best to do our part for future generations. Additionally, recycling packaging keeps our costs lower which in turn allows us to provide more affordable shipping rates.
